¤	Place advertisements for the manpower jobs required by our clients
¤	Arrange interviews that are agreed and conducted by our clients representatives
¤	Assist the prospective clients/employers in interviews and short listing candidates with the scanning assistance by the House Engineers
¤	Brief the selected candidates of their legal rights and orient the candidiates about the terms and conditions of the employers/companies.
¤	Arrange trade tests and medical tests for the candidates with government authorized medical test centers.
¤	Provide document preparations in order to follow up the required essential documents like Identity Cards, Passports and all other significant and official government required documents
¤	Obtain relevant visas from the concerned Embassy/Consulate for the selected candidates
¤	Reservation and Purchase of Air Tickets.
